Duties and responsibilities will include: provide clients and prospects with recommendations and proposals for network configurations, desktop systems, software, hardware, web design and hosting, IT solutions, and technical support contracts; maintain client relationships by monitoring the progress of existing projects, and following up with customers after efforts are completed to ensure satisfaction; network with clients and prospects at various business events (e.g., seminars, business luncheons, chamber of commerce events, etc.). |
A professional image, enthusiasm and reliable transportation are a must. Additionally, applicants should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills; be able to prioritize and effectively manage projects and assignments in a timely manner with minimal supervision; have a general familiarity and understanding of IT related products and services; and possess the ability to assess needs and develop technology solutions.
