These Agreements allow for file servers, workstations, and attached peripherals. The term of the Agreement is for one (1) calendar year from the date of sale (invoice date). Any Service hours not used in the one (1) year will expire at the close of business on the last day 1 year later. Hours cannot be rolled forward for future use. All overages are billable at $110 thereafter. Once the contract hours are used up, a new contract can be signed to keep the lower rate. |
