In-house Support:

Miller & Miller IMS offers in-house tech support. Simply bring your device to our office and be sure to include any applicable software, passwords, power cords, etc. that may be required to assess the issue. We will evaluate the situation with you face-to-face and provide you with an on-the-spot estimate as to what is required to resolve the issue. There are no surprises at Miller & Miller IMS. If we encounter additional problems with your device, we will contact you for approval before proceeding further.

Our office is located in downtown Kokomo, IN at 215 W. Sycamore Street, Suite 100 (ground floor). We are open Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM.
